Commemorate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment with a preview of the American Masters multimedia series, UNLADYLIKE2020, featuring 26 profiles of diverse and little-known female trailblazers from the turn of the 20th century. The free Virtual Screening and Panel Discussion is made possible by support from Humanities New York.
The screening will take place Thursday, July 9 at 7 p.m., on the anniversary of the 1848 tea party that gave birth to the first Women’s Rights Convention in Seneca Falls.
Following the preview, be part of a live panel discussion with guest speakers, who will talk about the history and significance of this new series.
